Good evening to all my friends and  followers after a busy week I've finally made sometime to put a post on my blog. We had a good week in the Peak District although the weather wasn't good we did a lot of nice shopping at Chatsworth Christmas Markets and a lot of relaxing but not so much walking as it was very wet in the middle of the week. I'm now back to normality and  I 've been Christmas shopping today I was surprised how busy the shops were but I got some things but will need another one or two trips to finish all the present buying.
Now onto my card its a Retirement card commission I did for a friend just before my holiday she asked for flowers so I used the very pretty LOTV Lilacs stamp. I did make a matching box but silly me forgot to photograph it!!

I hope that you all have a great weekend what ever you all have planned. I hope to do some more shopping tomorrow I'm determined not to be last minute shopping this year as we are going to the Wedding on the 22nd December that I have been making the stationery for so that will take out a couple of days leading up to Christmas Eve. Thank you all for the great comments on my recent posts they are all so lovely hugs Carole x

My card today is one I made way back in August for a commission. I made it in a bit of a rush just before my holiday and forgot to photo it. When I met up with the friend I'd made it for I mentioned I'd not photographed it she agreed to take a photo for me she's done a brilliant job. We are seeing them next weekend so it has to be done for then.
I've got my two cousins for lunch tomorrow so really looking forward to that as one of my cousins now lives in Inverness near his son. My other cousins wife is bringing the outfit to show me she has bought for her sons wedding in December its the wedding I have done the stationery for so really looking forward to seeing it. I am sure it will be gorgeous.
Well I cannot finish my post without telling you about Friday. As it was a nice day we decided to go to Whitby for fish and chips at the Magpie and of course a visit to the craft shop. When we got there we found out it was Goth Weekend. We looked very boring in our normal clothes but we had great fun seeing all the amazing outfits.
Well that's it for now hope you all enjoy the rest of the weekend . Thank you for the lovely comments on my Halloween card they were so special as it isn't the sort of thing I normally go for. Hugs Carole x
