Paper Weaving

Good morning to all my friends and  followers I hope you are all keeping well and  looking forward to the weekend
Today I'm sharing something a bit different. Last Thursday at the craft group I go to we did paper weaving something I have not done for a while. I managed to make two cards which I finished at home with some embellishments so thought you might like to see them. They are both made with the same technique but very different style cards. I also used a 5x7 card on one of them something I've not used in a long time .

Card Recipes

6x6 blank card and 5x7 blank card
Kraft card
Papers are Docrafts Papermania Capsule elements wood and  Blue Pure Frozen design pad I bought at Poundland
Both the frame dies and the flower die are eBay finds.
Sentiment stamps are Lili of the Valley Time to Party currently on sale for £2.50 and Handwritten Phrases now only available as a digi set
Hessian Stars from Poundland ages ago.
Bark stars I think from Live and  Love crafts before they closed
Pale blue flower pearls Brenda's Lace and  Ribbon Specials Facebook shop
Other blue pearls and  tiny organza bow my box
Blue Memento Ink Pad Paris Dusk

Hope you enjoy these we certainly had fun at class making them and I was pleased how they turned out, its good to do something different from time to time. Love and  hugs Carole x

I loved this card its a brilliant stamp to paper piece and I really enjoyed making it. I'm finishing my post today with the latest photo of Miles that my Daughter in Law Fiona sent on Monday. We are seeing him today so I'm really looking forward to that.

Enjoy your weekend whatever you have planned and keep warm. We are going to a cottage in the Peak District today for a week so hoping the snow doesn't last for long I think the log burner will get some use.
We've got plenty of supplies some craft stuff and books so well prepared. However we do hope we might get a couple of walks done and  a visit to Chatsworth Christmas Markets. Love and  hugs Carole x
