Happy Christmas Let it Snow

Good morning to all my special friends and followers I hope that you are all ready for the big day I've got a few presents still to wrap and a few jobs in the house but getting there.
This will be my last post before Christmas and I'm sharing the Christmas card I made to send to my Son and his wife.

First Christmas

Good morning to all my lovely friends and  followers. I need to apologise firstly as I've been a bad blogger this last week but I've been so busy that I've rarely had any time to sit at my computer for any length of time, so at last I'm posting something to share with you all.
This is the Christmas card I've made for Miles First Christmas and couldn't resist using the lovely stamp by Mo Manning called First Christmas.

Nativity Angels

Good Morning everyone and  Happy Thursday . I'm back today with a card to launch another of the 12 Weeks of Christmas Challenges over at Crafty Ribbons Challenge The theme this week is Cultural Christmas so you need to get out all those traditional Christmas goodies for this one .
For my Design Team card I used the lovely Nativity Angels stamp that I've had for several years from Lili Of The Valley.

I made the round card from a square card
Stamp is Christmas Snowsphere from Aliciabel painted with Copic and Promarker Pens
The sentiment is part of the stamp I stamped this twice and  layered it onto the base

I sprinkled the base and snow with Twinklets and also used some Gesso and Twinklets on the lamp post

Christmas Cracker

Good morning and Happy Sunday to all my lovely friends and followers I hope you are having a good weekend and managing to keep safe and warm in these awful storms The wind has just howled here for the last three days.
The card I'm sharing today is the card I made at craft class last Thursday The blank cracker card design is from Craftwork cards. I'm sorry that the photos are not the best its been so dark here the last few days

The Christmas papers are very pretty but not sure of the make as they were from a selection we could pick from.
The die cut snowflake circle and snowflake borders are cut from a Memory Box Frostyville Wreath die.I don't have the die but bought these ones pre cut on ebay a couple of years ago.

Well this is going to be  my first full day in the house since I came back from holiday .I have had a very busy week with several school governor meetings, Christmas shopping and visitors last night and  next week is looking just as bad.  My plan today is to put the Christmas decorations up so I'll see how that goes I usually find I take a few days to get it finished  it also takes a while to bring them down from the loft .

We had a great week away at he cottage even though the weather was cold and wet most of the time. We got to Chatsworth Christmas Markets which we really enjoyed . Its such a fabulous setting and it was the driest day !!. Not much in the way of walking it was just so wet never mind another time we certainly made good use of the log burner.. 
As I've been away I'm once again behind with comments on your lovely blogs The cottage does have wifi but as its in the valley and quite remote so it is very temperamental along with the telephone.

80th Birthday Card

Good morning everyone I hope that you are all well and have survived all of this weekends nonstop rain I spent a lot of the weekend crafting as they have been very dark miserable days here.
Anyway enough of the weather and onto my card. This is a commission I was asked to make for a friend I have made it in a design I have used before as she saw that card, liked it and asked for similar so here it is. I used a lilac and white colour scheme this time. Those of you who remember it will remember my last one was pink and white.

Oh Christmas Tree

Good morning to all my lovely crafty friends and  followers. My card today is one I've made for the launch of a new weekly 12 Days of Christmas challenge starting over at Crafty Ribbons our theme this week is must use a Christmas Tree and also add a ribbon.
