Good morning to all my lovely friends and followers I hope that you have all had a fab weekend and enjoyed lots of nice things I do wish summer would come back though its quite chilly at the moment in my part of the world. Anyway today I'm showing you a card I've made with another of the digi stamps I won in the All Dressed Up Stamps Facebook Challenge a few weeks ago I got three stamps and this is the second. I posted my first image Flower Fairy a couple of weeks ago so still one more to come . This image is called A Star is Born and I think its just delightful and says it all about Christmas. See what you think .
A Close Up of The Stamp
Card Recipe
6x6 Blank Card
Stamp is A Star is Born from All Dressed Up Stamps and painted with Derwent Inktense Pencils some Glamour Dust on the stars .
Papers are Dark purple from a Kaisercraft pad I think it was free in a magazine
The patterned paper and the border strip are from a Crafty Individuals Christmas Pad 2 I've had ages. (I've just checked and sadly its no longer on the web page such a shame the vintage images are lovely.)
Wooden Angel is from Hobby Craft a couple of years ago
Wooden star buttons from Whitby Crafts
Sparkle stars are from my stash
Sentiment stamp is Kaisercraft Magic of Christmas set
Green hessian trim was from a pound stall at the GNPE
Spellbinder square die
I hope you are all impressed and have noticed NO Flowers, NO Lace, NO Ribbon and NO pearls on this just to reassure you all I'm feeling perfectly well !!
As my title is A Star is Born I couldn't finish without a new photo of Miles taken on the 18th July.
Enjoy your week everyone hugs Carole x
