Frosty Snowman

Good morning everyone I hope that you are all well and  enjoying the week . You've guessed its that Wednesday again so its the launch of a new challenge over at Crafting by Designs our theme this week is a great one Frosty Snowman I love snowmen they are one of my favourite Christmas themes

For my Design Team card I decided on an image called Snowman Friends they are so cute.

6x6 Blank card
Stamp is Snowman Friends from The Stamping Boutique painted with Derwent Inktense Pencils I stamped the background with a small snowflake stamp using Walnut Stain Distress ink

I made the snow by laying down some high tack glue then sprinkling with Chunky White Stampendous embossing powder

We have a Winner and a Prize card

Good morning to all my friends and  followers I have just had the draw for the winner of my Birthday blog candy supervised by my husband to ensure fair play. We even sounded a fanfare as he drew the  number. The lucky winner is

This is the card I have made using some of the goodies I won in Jacque's Sweet Sunday prize draw and also a new spellbinders die I brought back from holiday.



Isn't this just the cutest stamp. I have not made it for anyone in particular but felt the stamp was telling me to make a new baby card with it.!!

My first attempt at colouring with water colour inks



 
Hi everyone sorry I haven't posted for a few days but been away in the Peak District on a holiday. Its very cold here today for Mothers Day and we have had some snow flurries. I made this card a couple of weeks ago my first go at colouring with water colour inks.  I'm reasonable pleased but need a bit more practise with the face colours however the image is very cute and I love the colour scheme.
