Celebrate New Year

 Good evening  everyone today sees the lunch of our new challenge at Get Creative Challenge .The theme for this months  Get Creative challenge is New Year's. 

For my January 2022 Design Team card I used dies to create a New Year card

I cut a 7x7 card to make the rectangle shape card to fit the rectangle dies
Gold Mirra card from The Range
Charcoal Grey Mirra card Jelly Bean Crafts 
Rectangle dies are Creative Expressions Sue Wilson dies Double Pierced Rectangles I bought recently from a de stash sale
Balloon die came free in a craft magazine a long time ago
Alphabet and number dies are Tonic dies
Gold star beads I bought from eBay
Gold twine my box
Other stars are the waste from a Christmas Tree die I have

Sadly since posting this I have been informed that the Get Creative blog challenge is closing down Unfortunately  the lady who runs it has some health issues and is unable to continue .

A New Adventure

Little Flower Fairy

Good evening everyone I'm here this evening to launch out latest monthly challenge over at All Dressed Up Stamps Challenge Blog our theme as always is Anything Goes as long as you use an All Dressed Up Stamp in your design. Aurora Wings Ballerina 70th Birthday

Good morning and Happy Bank holiday to all my special friends and  followers today I'm sharing a commission card I made a few weeks ago Its very similar to one I made for a 65th earlier in the year, but this was the design my friend who asked for it wanted, I did however enjoy making it as I do love painting this stamp. I changed the papers and lace but the colour scheme is the same.

Aurora Wings Flower Ballerina

Good morning to all my very special friends and  followers. I'm quite pleased today to be sharing a card I have made that isn't for one of my Design Team challenges. I was asked last year by a friend to make a 65th card for her . The recipient loves the theatre and ballet so I decided to use this Aurora Wings digi stamp I have had for ages and never used its a beautiful stamp called Flower Ballerina and  I loved painting her. The ladies birthday was yesterday so I'm safe to be sharing it with you today.

Happy New Year and Big Eye Bookworm Fairy

Good morning to all my lovely friends and  followers firstly I hope you all had a great Christmas and  I want to wish each and every one of you  a very Happy New Year for 2017. Secondly apologies I have not been around in blogland. My husband was taken into hospital the week before Christmas not getting home till Christmas Eve. I had the family arriving that day so with hospital visits preparing for the holiday it was a a very busy time for me. We had our grandson for 5 days which was lovely .I then had a friend staying for New Year so a very busy time but enjoyable .
Hopefully I can now get back to my crafting properly now all the festivities are over.

Well today would you believe it's that Wednesday and our first challenge over at Crafting by Designs for 2107. Our theme this month is Anything Goes and  we have a great sponsor
