Mr Snowman

 Good afternoon everyone today I'm sharing my first Christmas card of 2021 and  also my first painting using some new Derwent Inktense paint pan sets I bought set one last year but never got to use it and  got set two as a Christmas present I really enjoyed working with the paints this was my first attempt I have two other stamps painted up which I will share soon.

I used some of my older rubber stamps to practice with this one is Mr Snowman from Lili of the Valley I have had for ages.

Before I ago I want to apologise to all my Blog followers and  explain why I've not been around much these last three month I have had two cataract operations one in November and  the second one last week It really slowed down my crafting and  my ability to spend a long time on my iPad and  Laptop I was painting and crafting in small bursts .It has all been worth it as my sight is so much better get my last optician assessment in mid February so hoping to get new reading glasses and the go ahead to drive again I have not driven my car since last July its spent most of the time on trickle charge . I am gradually doing more on the laptop and iPad so hope to start comments again soon as i have missed all your amazing work and I still love to Blog over Facebook

Took me quite awhile to make this as I had a cataract operation on the 21st November so I now have great vision in my right eye not good in my left so a bit of imbalance I am crafting in short spells expecting my other eye in about 4to 6 weeks but I have not had this kind of vision since my teens I’ve worn contact lenses for nearly 50 years .
