Good morning to all my lovely friends and followers. Firstly I want to wish you all A Very Happy, Healthy and Peaceful 2105. I'm slowly getting back to normal after all the holiday visitors. My card today is the last Christmas card I made and the one I made to give to my Husband. Its a LOTV image called Festive Lantern that I bought at the GNPE back in October.
Card Recipe
7x7 blank card
Kraft card Crafters Companion
Red paper Lili of the Valley Twas the Night paper pad
Blue scene paper just seen is from a Pion sheet
Stamp LOTV Festive Lantern painted with Inktense pencils and sprinkled with Shabby White Frantage
Memory box Country Landscape die
Marianne tree die
Spellbinder circle die
Small white trees cut from some die cuts I bought on ebay last year
Sentiments LOTV embossed with WOW embossing powder
White Pom Pom trim and twine from my stash
White gesso on background and trees
Glamour Dust and Twinklets
Husband sentiment cut from a Pion cut out sheet
Small gold stars from a shop in the Grassmarket Edinburgh
I hope you have all survived the holidays and are now getting back to some crafting. I'm catching up with some design team stuff and have a couple of commissions to do in the next two weeks. I am also behind with comments so apologies to everyone but hope to get caught up very soon with all your gorgeous blogs.
I 'm now going to finish packing up the last of the Christmas decorations and then some crafting if I get time. The house looks so bare and I always hate putting the tree out for the recycling.
Before I go I wanted to mention that I was delighted to get a top three in the Graphit markers challenge with my lavender Aurora Wings Icy Snow Queen card .
Enjoy the rest of the weekend hugs Carole x
