Steampunk

Good morning to all my lovely friends and followers its Wednesday so a new weekly Challenge starting today over at Crafting by Designs and  our theme is Steampunk

I have to say Steampunk is not my normal style but I decided to give it a go and made this tag using a couple of the images.








Tag Recipe

Tag shape made from Crafters Companion Kraft card rounded at the corners with a X cut corner rounder.
Black Mirra Card
Steampunk 12x12 papers are from my box I was given them and have had them ages they might be Do crafts but not certain
Lunagirl sheet Steampunk Girls 
Frame die is Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight
Black lace my box might be Boyes
Linen clock embellishment I think I bought in a pack from Michael's ages ago
Wings charm was from Wild Orchid Crafts
Metal cogs are from Michael's in Florida
Time sentiment I cut from the paper
Other sentiments are Tim Holtz Ideology pad Small Talk
 Ground Espresso Distress Ink on the edges and  clock tag

  2. It might not be your thing but you've done a fantastic job of making a steampunk tag Carole. It has everything I've seen in other steampunk creations all beautifully brought together. It's amazing that you bought some steampunk elements when in Florida probably before you even knew the challenge was coming up. Debra x

  14. Fabulous tag. I have to admit, it wasn't long ago that I didn't even know what Steampunk was let alone how to create a card with that as a theme but you nailed this one. I like the images, the spokes and those fab frame dies all compliment it.
