Cover Girl and Super Excited

Good afternoon everyone.Today I'm really excited to be sharing this post .Way back in June I was asked to make a Christmas card for All Dressed up Stamps Design Team to be featured in this months Simply Cards and Papercraft Magazine 182. Well the magazine was published yesterday and my card features on page 80 and there is also a small photo on the front cover .I couldn't believe it, no mater how small the photo is I would never have thought one of my cards would ever be on a magazine front cover. Its the stuff of crafty dreams.

So after weeks of waiting I can now share my card  with you.

The magazine cover 182

  9. Oh Wow Carole, that is brilliant news!!!! Congratulations you talented lady you :)!!! I'm chuffed to little mint balls for you (very, very happy if you don't know the saying). I must get the magazine from somewhere. It's just wonderful to see your card professionally photographed in all it's glory with the lovely background decorations. It is a absolutely gorgeous card. Perfectly coloured image and made the star of the show (sorry I couldn't resist the joke :D) with the shaped card. Fabulous choice of papers and embellishments especially the star die cut and the little bells at the top. Oh, and flowers match your colouring beautifully. I'm so very thrilled for you my friend. You'll have to start submitting your work to magazines you never know you might get on a design team there. LOVE IT!!! Debra xx
