Christmas Robin

Good morning to all my lovely friends and  followers and a special welcome to my latest follower Ike from Ike's Art . I'm delighted you are following my blog.
My card today is one I made at the craft group I go to a couple of weeks ago this was a design that was brought by Andrea and is a lovely Robin Woodware stamp. We paper pieced it and I used Craftwork Cards papers.

Card Recipe

6x6 Blank card
Papers Craftwork Cards
Stamp Woodware Robin
Candi Craftwork Cards
Wooden holly leaf Whitby Crafts
Sentiments LOTV Christmas Sentiment Tags
Walnut Stain Distress Ink on the edges
Green card Ross Papercraft Show
Twine and black bead for his eye from my stash

I loved this card its a brilliant stamp to paper piece and I really enjoyed making it. I'm finishing my post today with the latest photo of Miles that my Daughter in Law Fiona sent on Monday. We are seeing him today so I'm really looking forward to that.

Enjoy your weekend whatever you have planned and keep warm. We are going to a cottage in the Peak District today for a week so hoping the snow doesn't last for long I think the log burner will get some use.
We've got plenty of supplies some craft stuff and books so well prepared. However we do hope we might get a couple of walks done and  a visit to Chatsworth Christmas Markets. Love and  hugs Carole x

Oh, what a gorgeous little chap Miles is!! He's got a beautiful smile.
A wonderful card! The paper piecing looks really lovely in those papers. I want to join your club (stomping feet, well I would if I could!) It must be so much fun making the same card together.
Have a fantastic time at the cottage and on your lovely walks. Debra x

A really lovely traditional feel to your card Carole and I always enjoying seeing paper piecing.

Hope you have a good weekend, it's looking very much like crafting weather if your's is anything like ours, although looks like Miles might take over your time.

Gosh, Miles has grown so quickly! He's gorgeous - and so is your card Carole. We woke up to snow this morning, which came as a bit of a shock. If I still lived in the north east I might expect it, but not here, and not so early!! Love and hugs Christine xx
