Christmas Wall Hanging

Good morning to all my lovely friends and  followers. I hope that you have all had a great weekend despite the awful weather .Its rained pretty much all weekend here. I've been busy crafting but mainly DT stuff not to be published yet.
This morning I'm sharing a Christmas Wall Hanging I made a while ago.  It was my turn to lead the craft group I go to last Thursday and this was what I made as the sample for everyone to make. Everyone enjoyed making it and as I've said before it has to be something for all abilities.

Wall Hanging Recipe

Kraft card heart shape with jute string from my local Garden Centre Strikes
Papers are Kaisercraft The Twelve Days of Christmas I cut the postage stamp shape from the 12x12 sheet
Holly die Joy craft
Lace is all from Crafty Ribbons
Sentiment is from the paper sheet
Felt holly leaf trim from my Christmas ribbon box no idea when I bought it.
Postage stamp sentiment is from the LOTV stamp set Calendars
Tag was from a Christmas tags peel off sheet I bought in Hobbycraft about three years ago
Tim Holtz paper distress tool
Button from Whitby Crafts
Green twine my stash

Well everyone enjoyed making this and most people copied my design with a couple making slight variation but they all looked great.I 'm going to Newcastle today to start on my Christmas shopping. However my first job is to buy a new iron as my iron packed up yesterday in a puff of smoke !!
Enjoy the week everyone back on Wednesday. Love and  hugs Carole x
