Here Come The Holidays

Good morning to all my lovely friends and followers and its Wednesday once again so time to launch the last challenge of 2015 over at Crafting by Designs  The Here Come the Holidays Challenge will run until the end of December with a bumper bundle of prizes from a massive five sponsors

Kraft coloured paper is LOTV and the gingham I think is a Docrafts pad
Kraft card is Crafters Companion
Image is Oakpond Creations Reindeet painted with Derwent Inktense Pencils

Door Hanger Recipe

MDF Door hanger from The MDF Man at GNPE
Base paper is from a 12x12 sheet I bought in Live and Love Crafts sale last year
Stamp is Santa's Been from FlatFriends painted with Derwent Inktense Pencils stamped twice and  fussy cut
Lace is from Dainty Crafts Washington
Christmas Ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons
Wooden presents and bauble are from my stash
Wooden Christmas stockings are from Dawn to Dusk Crafts Ross Papercraft Show
Twine my stash
Sentiment is LOTV Christmas Grungy Messages


My final card is using an image from Aliciabel called Christmas Snowsphere



Card Recipe

I made the round card from a square card
Stamp is Christmas Snowsphere from Aliciabel painted with Copic and Promarker Pens
The sentiment is part of the stamp I stamped this twice and  layered it onto the base
Red pompom trim is from The Ribbon Girl
Lamppost is Joycrafts
I sprinkled the base and snow with Twinklets and also used some Gesso and Twinklets on the lamp post


Well quite a bumper bundle post but well worth going over and entering a card also keep an eye on the Crafting by Designs Blog as there will be reminder posts during the month featuring some great Guest Designer Cards.

Well, you've been busy at it Carole :)! Three absolutely wonderful creations. It's hard to pick a favourite but I love the little reindeer in your first card, he has a great face. The ribbon is really lovely and I just like the style of the card. Debra x

A super collection of inspiration here today Carole, I love the vintage feel of the door hanger but my attention was in particular drawn to the lovely ribbon adornment on the first.

OMG Carole...you have been busy! love the first...no the second...NO LOVE them all. Three wonderful creations. Cute reindeer and fabulous bow on the card. Love the doorknob on the second (Joke)..seriously what a fab door hanger with all its adornments, and finally the cute snowmen in the globe...brilliant....you put me to shame! hugs xx
