Good morning to all my friends and followers an d a special welcome today to my latest follower Eve. I hope you are enjoying the weekend and have some nice things planned. Still two days left for those of you who work.
Today I'm sharing another of my sample cards for Craft Group. Those who follow regularly will know I go to a Craft Group on a Thursday and every so often I make a sample for everyone to make.
We have mixed ability so this time I used a pre-coloured topper from a Docrafts pad of Michael Powell Designs . I've have used this design before as I have the stamp but this topper is lovely and I do enjoy making these nautical themed cards.

Blue card is from Ross Papercraft
Circle and Stitched circle dies
Red Bakers twine from The Range. I got the knotted idea from something I saw a while ago on Pinterest.

Well we are going out later to meet my cousin and his wife who live in Washington and we are all going out for lunch it will be great to catch up with them. Then its jobs in the garden tomorrow. Our Son and Daughter in Law had planned to visit with Miles however they have finally got a date to move into their new house so they have cancelled as lots of things to organise in the next couple of weeks. We are delighted for them that they finally have a date as they have been staying with Fiona's Dad since they sold their house a couple of months ago.
Enjoy the rest of the Bank Holiday weekend. Love and hugs Carole x
Fantastic nautical card Carole! The ladies in your group must have loved making this card. Wonderful design especially the knotted twine round the porthole. I think you paint your stamped image better than that but I'm biased :D. Love the little boat button and the candi you've added. Yep, love this one too! Debra x
